Hi, I’m TARA
Root Cause Practitioner • founder of Spirit Flow.
I help business owners clear the patterns sitting underneath their business, so they can finally lead it from a place of calm, energy and clarity.
I know this road well. Before Spirit Flow, I built two other businesses, and I’m also a mum of two. I know how much of your heart you pour into what you’re creating, and how quietly it can start running you if you’re not careful. I’ve been there, usually at 11pm with a to-do list longer than my arm.
Along the way, I earned degrees in Psychology and Holistic Counselling and a Diploma in Advanced Kinesiology, and I’m an Advanced Practitioner and Teacher of the Akashic Records. But what I love most is the moment a client realises the thing holding her back was never the strategy. It was something underneath it, and now it’s gone.
That’s the work I’m here for. And I’d be honoured to do it with you.
