As a mother and holistic practitioner, I’ve witnessed how healing it is when we choose to listen—without fixing, questioning, or correcting.

A Mother’s Reflection
My daughter, who’s now 10, has been telling me since she was 3 that she was sent to me by Papa God. She said she remembers being in heaven, and Papa showed her three families… and told her to choose one. She remembers floating above us—seeing her dad and me—and choosing to come to us. She said, ‘I wanted to be with you.’ And then… she came down. 🥹

My daughter was only six when she began telling me about her other family— the one she had before us.
Through tears, she described how they had died… in a fire.
She was completely distraught, bawling her eyes out as if it had just happened. It wasn’t just a story. It was grief, real and raw.
We knew we needed to honour what she was carrying—
so we held a small service for them. It helped her find peace.

From the time she was just two, my daughter would say, “I’ve been here before.” As she got a little older, she began sharing more— that she had been in the navy during a war… and that she drowned. One night, she woke up in a panic shouting, “The water is above the Plimsoll line!” She wasn’t even three years old.
We didn’t even know what that meant at first— but it chilled us to the bone. There’s no doubt in my mind— she’s been here before.
